On January 20th, WARM NC volunteers will change the life of homeowners in need of urgent, safety-related repairs. The repairs are done at absolutely no cost to the homeowner.

Substandard housing poses a risk to the health and well-being of its occupants, visitors, and neighbors. According to the American Housing Survey, approximately 6 million homes in the United States are substandard. WARM NC volunteers put their hearts into every rebuild and we believe everyone deserves to live in a safe and healthy home.​We believe volunteering has the power to unite communities.
