What We Do
Jack Helbig Memorial Foundation works to save lives by educating communities on the dangers of drowning and empowering people to make safer choices around water.
In 2019, JHMF visited every kindergarten classroom in Brunswick County to share a water safety story about an otter.
Drowning is the leading cause of injury death for children ages 1-4 years.
Our big goal is to help every kid learn to swim.
