What We Do
The Harrelson Center is a nonprofit campus of centralized humanitarian services that provide hope, opportunity, and empowerment. The Harrelson Center supports nonprofit partner organizations' office, meeting, and training spaces and other services that promote nonprofit stability, mission, and impact.
Support for Partners include below market rent, utilities, conference rooms, parking, networking and educational opportunities, marketing and social media, advocacy and volunteer recruitment. The Harrelson Center has 17 on-campus Partners, 5 off-campus Associate Partners, and an additional direct service, the Help Hub at the Harrelson Center.
We are a place where needs are met, dreams are fostered and hope abounds.
The Help Hub is a collaborative outreach program providing emergency financial assistance & guidance to additional resources for individuals & families in our region. The Help Hub receives walk-in neighbors and priority referrals from Partners on campus and in the community to assist with housing, utilities, transportation, and medical needs. Financial assistance is funded by the center, local faith organizations, caring individual donors, business and civic organizations, and foundations.
We are currently raising funds to assist with COVID-19 health and financial disaster recovery that will follow in months ahead.
