What We Do
We connect residents with resources that aid in disaster readiness, response and recovery. We believe that a community that emerges from disaster will be stronger than before, with greater compassion, courage and unity. We are an inclusive and diverse Coalition of community leaders, faith groups, nonprofits and individuals based in New Hanover County, who provide coordinated disaster recovery efforts to its residents. We are survivor focused; transparent, empathetic and accountable to one another and treat all survivors with dignity, sensitivity and respect.
