The Open Table

Open Table is a model that provides the process, training and research to invest support in individual and community transformation. The Open Table model teaches people to work together to co-invest their relational and social capital and personal networks in support of individuals and families experiencing economic or relationship poverty. This model can be used by any organization – business, education, faith, government, healthcare, non-profit and more - to help people develop and implement plans to achieve their vision for a better life. The model is structured around small groups of people who come together in communities called Tables. These Table members invest their time, personal connections, and skills in the life of an individual or family.
