Turning the Wheel is an intergenerational dance theater company. We use improvisational movement to guide people toward a different perspective and a new way to tell their story. We invite diversity, and we support and encourage our differences in positive ways. Our experience is that connecting from the richness of our differences holds the key to our freedom and to our ability to live our own authentic story. These grants are matching grants, and we are fundraising to fulfill our match.
- We have been doing programming in the area since 1999.
- We are associate partners with The Harrelson Center and are working in association with UNCW Office of the Arts, Brunswick Arts Council, and Cameron Art Museum.
- Our recent work with Lake Forest Academy has resulted in lower incident reports of conflict.
