What We Do
We are a community museum telling the story of Wrightsville Beach through the lives of its people with exhibits, programs and activities. Outreach offerings seek to encourage participation of all ages.
Interesting Info
- We host over 7,000 visitors each year not including participation in our events and programs.
- There are only a handfull of cottages at the beach that were built in the early 1900s. History is slipping away.
- Our goal as a community museum is to engage visitors and residents of all ages in the history, culture, and spirit of this unique community.
